Production Line Leader

Job Title: Production Line Lead

Location: Mechanicsburg, PA

Pay Range:$ 18.90/hr

Shift:  1st Shift - Mon- Fri 6:30 am - 2:30 pm

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Production Line Lead to join their team. As a Production Line Lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Read and understand Bills of Materials to ensure accurate production processes
• Explain work instructions clearly to production line operators to maintain efficiency
• Maintain a safe working environment by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Use computer systems to scan materials, manage line workers, and print license plates within an SAP environment
• Meet safety, quality, and production expectations outlined by management

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of packaging and/or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials and work instructions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain instructions effectively
• Comfortable using computer systems, including SAP
• Commitment to safety, quality, and meeting production goals
