Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients referred by physicians, tailoring your approach based on each patient's specific needs and conditions.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques across various specialties including orthopedics, pediatrics, neurology, and sports medicine, ensuring a comprehensive treatment experience.
• Foster relationships with patients, demonstrating exceptional customer service and contributing to their overall satisfaction and recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through evidence-based practices and integrated treatment planning.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions directly at the patient's home or in-facility, effectively translating physician's treatment plans into actionable care.
• Educate and empower patients and their caregivers through consultation and training, equipping them with knowledge to aid their recovery process.
• Meet or exceed established utilization goals and contribute positively to departmental business objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Lyrad, you will provide care to a diverse patient population, ranging from children with developmental challenges to adults recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports trauma, and neurological conditions. Each patient presents unique challenges, and your expertise will be critical to developing tailored strategies that promote healing and mobility.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a physical therapy setting.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency in computer systems and documentation software to maintain accurate and thorough patient records.

Compensation and Benefits
