Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess patients individually, determining specific needs, goals, and treatment plans tailored to each unique case.
• Facilitate patient education, empowering individuals to understand their conditions and the importance of their rehabilitation programs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and neuromuscular re-education, to optimize patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Must possess a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or its equivalent, ensuring a solid foundation in the theory and practice of physical rehabilitation.
• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey, with no sanctions or disciplinary actions recorded.
• Demonstrate exceptional manual therapy skills and proficiency in a range of therapeutic techniques supported by current best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
