Associate Project Manager – Land Development Atwell, LLC is a consulting, engineering, and construction services company that delivers land development solutions. We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee commercial and residential land development projects in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. Key Responsibilities Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards. Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for design and analysis of project components. Build and nurture client relationships, maintaining high satisfaction and exceeding expectations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support firm growth. Manage project financials, including billing and invoicing, to maintain accuracy and efficiency. Mentor junior staff, fostering collaboration and professional development. Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold high standards. Work with a mentor to refine business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise. Qualifications Professional Engineer license in Pennsylvania. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision. Track record managing commercial and residential land development projects. Strong client‑management and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated business‑development acumen and proactive approach to opportunities. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to mentor and motivate junior team members.
