The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new revenue growth, with a focus on acquiring large enterprise clients. This role demands a strategic leader who can not only hunt and close high-value deals but also scale the sales team and build the necessary processes and systems for national expansion. The Head of Sales will be a key partner in developing the company's sales strategy, and play a pivotal role in cross-functional collaboration to align the sales approach with the product and technology roadmap. Applicants must have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, including experience in high-growth environments and a strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of go-to-market strategy. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to mentor and coach the sales team to exceed productivity goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with an MBA being a preferred qualification. A background in field sales and a history of winning and growing large accounts is also highly valued.
