Roles and Responsibilities Guest Experience Coach teammates to deliver exceptional guest service. Guide team in anticipating, identifying, and resolving guest concerns. Oversee guest experience feedback and address escalated concerns effectively. Collaborate with management on restaurant facility quality and maintenance. Operations Leadership Model and reinforce operational standards and company culture. Train and inform teammates about new menu items and operational procedures. Manage scheduling and workforce operations effectively. Inspire and motivate team performance alongside constructive feedback. Support personal and team development in line with company values. Financial Performance Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business goals. Communicate and address areas needing improvement to enhance department performance. Analyze sales trends and collaborate on initiatives to drive revenue growth. Understand profit and loss statements, budgeting, and forecasting. Requirements Previous experience in Bar Management or Service Management in a full-service restaurant with a bar. Familiarity with computer systems (Excel, POS, etc.). Results-oriented, trustworthy, and a strong team player. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to outstanding guest and employee experiences.
