Missions The assistant to the head of the investigation assists the head of the investigation in the organizational modalities of this service, charged with the administrative police mission (issuance, suspension, and withdrawal of titles). He maintains regulatory monitoring and ensures the transmission of information to the agents under his authority. Under the authority of the head of the investigation, he animates and supervises the investigative agents of the territorial delegation. He implements the evaluation tools of the administrative police activity of the investigation service, including those for measuring the quality of service provided to the user and compliance with the Contract of Objectives and Performance for administrative police. Finally, he ensures the full interim of the head of the investigation in his absence, during which he has full authority and competence over the entire investigation service and all its activities. His function at the territorial level will lead him to be the interlocutor of the agents of the prefectures, companies, and private security agents, in matters of regulation and methodology (administrative police and control).
