Associate Attorney (Litigation)

Based in Beverly Hills, Regal Law Firm is a rapidly growing personal injury law firm, having won tens of millions for our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivatedAssociate Attorneyready on day one to handle litigating personal injury cases (from filing onward), and interested in growing and developing into a senior/managerial role within the firm, including overseeing high-value litigation cases. The ideal candidate is confident and able to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment. This is a full-time, onsite position based out of Beverly Hills. Responsibilities include: Manage a full caseload of litigated personal injury matters from filing to resolution Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents Attend (and argue) court hearings Take and defend depositions Oversee and direct legal assistants and law clerks including reviewing/finalizing all work product such as propounding outbound discovery and responding to inbound discovery Maintain strong communication with clients to keep them informed and supported Maintain case files, documentation, and calendaring in compliance with legal and firm standards Skills & Requirements: Active California Bar license At least 2 years of litigation experience in civil litigation with personal injury experience strongly preferred Strong oral and written advocacy skills Experience handling depositions, discovery, hearings, and motion work Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently Excellent organizational and time-management skills Client-centered approach with strong interpersonal communication Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required We offer: Guaranteed Competitive pay plan Proficiency/performance bonuses 401K Paid Holidays Paid Sick Leave Opportunity for advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
