Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology

Description We are seeking an experienced and passionate Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our neonatal care team. As an NNP, you will have the opportunity to work with fragile newborns and their families, providing comprehensive care and support. Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Responsibilities & Duties Conduct comprehensive health assessments and evaluations of premature and critically ill newborns Develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient Manage neonatal medications, treatments, and procedures Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure the best possible patient outcomes Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support Stay current with the latest developments in neonatal care and research Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Qualifications & Skills Master’s degree in Nursing with specialization in Neonatal Care. Certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP). Prior experience in a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Strong skills in communication and family support. Experience with advanced medical technologies used in neonatal care. Demonstrated ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team environment.
