You’lllead delivery across workstreams, partner closely with clientsand use data‑driven insight and AI‑enabled tools where valuable. What You’ll Do Lead change workstreams from discovery to embedding Shape change,communicationsand engagement strategies Map,influenceand engage stakeholders Deliver creative communications with ourcreativedesign team Build and support adoption networks Track progress and deliver to scopetotime,budgetandquality Use insights to guide decisionsrelated to business change Support and coach juniorConsultantsand contribute totheAfinitiWay – Our Centre of Excellence What we’re looking for Educated to degree levelor equivalent 3–5 years’ experience in consulting, alreadyoperatingat Senior Consultant level or assessed as ready to step into it Strong analytical capability; comfortable with data,metricsand data‑driven decision models Engaging, proactive, can‑do, confident driving momentum and making things happen Excellent problem–solver with structured thinking Able to roll sleeves up across the full business change lifecycle (fromandto shifts, impacts, stakeholder analysis, communication, engagement, adoption, learningandmeasurement) Self‑directed, able to lead creative teams to bring change to life.
