Specialist II-Alternative Education

All federally funded incumbents of this position must comply with time and effort reporting. Provide logistical support for trainings and other events. Oversee operations and internal communications for the team. Handle external communication with all applicants. Oversee scheduling coordination with teams to ensure successful implementation of the process. Oversee data systems for teams and ensure data and reports are error-free. Support the Teacher Effectiveness Coordinators to ensure all teachers are prepared to be highly effective in the classroom. Align work to goals of improving department effectiveness.

Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A Equivalency); Bachelor's Degree preferred. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proficient technology skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office suite. Strong organizational and project management skills, including keep attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict deadlines. Ability to coordinate multiple projects and assignments with a high level of flexibility, to learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding interpersonal and teamwork skills.
