About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to serve as the senior leader responsible for defining and executing a clear, measurable growth strategy with a strong focus on commercial expansion, market adoption, and long-term value creation. The successful candidate will be accountable to the Board of Directors and will work in close partnership with executive leadership and investors. This role requires the ability to translate strategic vision into actionable plans, establish performance metrics, and ensure disciplined execution across all business areas, including commercial operations, R&D, and organizational development. The CEO will also lead all aspects of commercial strategy, particularly in scaling product adoption within complex systems, and driving sustainable revenue growth. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have significant executive leadership experience within commercial-stage healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences organizations, with a proven track record of scaling products and services in complex markets. Strong experience in working with Boards of Directors and investors, leading fundraising efforts, and building credibility with financial and strategic stakeholders is essential. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare systems, reimbursement dynamics, and market access, as well as a history of driving measurable growth, managing P&L responsibility, and leading cross-functional teams. A strategic, hands-on leader with strong business and scientific acumen, the CEO will be expected to build and lead high-performing teams, influence diverse stakeholders, and operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments. A bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced business or scientific degree strongly preferred.
