About this roleWells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Liquidity Product team. This role serves as a trusted Business Execution advisor to senior leadership, driving performance, key initiatives, and operational discipline through business management, financial planning, executive reporting, and enterprise coordination.This role does not own product strategy, but serves as a key enabler of clarity, alignment, and execution across a complex, highly regulated environment.In this role, you will:Serve as a business execution advisor to senior leadership, driving performance and execution of key initiativesProvide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leaders on business management, execution strategy, and operating routinesLead resolution of highly complex, cross-organizational business execution challenges, delivering scalable, long-term solutionsLead change and transformation initiatives on behalf of the Liquidity Product portfolio, driving execution across strategic priorities and enterprise deliverablesLead engagements with Audit, Control, and Risk on behalf of the team, ensuring effective coordination, issue management, and timely follow-through.Run Agile routines across the team and apply strong knowledge of Agile methodology to support planning, execution, and delivery disciplineCoordinate Liquidity Product deliverables for enterprise initiatives, ensuring alignment with governance, timelines, and regulatory expectationsLead leadership meetings and steering committees to facilitate decision-making and support implementation of strategic plansLead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, and expense management, providing insight into performance against plan and key risksCoordinate capital investment planning, prioritization, and tracking in partnership with Finance and TechnologyDevelop executive-level presentations that clearly articulate key decisions, financial insights, and progress against prioritiesEngage strategically with partners across Product, Finance, Technology, Risk, and CAORequired Qualifications7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired QualificationsExperience supporting senior leadership in a large, matrixed organizationStrong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, expense management, and investment planningAbility to lead complex, cross-team initiatives with strong organizational skills and disciplined executionStrong focus on risk management and controlAdvanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience delivering executive-ready materialsExperience in banking, treasury, or liquidity-related functionsFamiliarity with enterprise governance, regulatory, and risk management programsAbility to operate independently with high accountabilityAbility to balance strong attention to detail with an executive-level perspectiveExperience Influencing across senior stakeholders without direct authorityJob Expectations:This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorshipThis position is a hybrid work model. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location.
