Store Location Store 2742237: 14209 Wallisville Rd, Houston, Texas 77049 Position Summary Part‑time Customer Service Representative with flexible shift availability (Days, Evenings, Overnights, Weekends). Responsibilities Greet customers and create a friendly welcome. Run the register and act as cashier. Make purchase suggestions and promote products. Assist customers with our food program when applicable. Work inside and outside the store to maintain high standards for store appearance. Provide fast, friendly service to all customers. Deliver regular and predictable onsite attendance. Interact with many customers daily while working with a fun, energetic team. Accomplish daily tasks around the store in a quick‑pacing environment. Qualifications Excellent customer care and communication skills. Ability to sell products and suggest purchases. Quick pace execution while maintaining a fun atmosphere. Strong teamwork and goal‑oriented mindset. Problem‑solving and quick‑thinking skills. Retail or customer service experience preferred. Cashiering experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in your career. Willingness to learn and have fun. Physical Requirements Ability to stand or walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes. Occasionally lift up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push or pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour per shift. Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; requires eye‑hand coordination. May require climbing a ladder to retrieve materials or remove signs.
