Nurse - Critical Care

Schedule: Night Shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36.00
• Contract Weeks: 13

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required.
• Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required.
• S.T.A.B.L.E Certification required.
• At least two years of recent experience in the field preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with other healthcare disciplines.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans to address patient needs.
• Evaluate patient progress and identify outcomes in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Provide health education and learning opportunities for patients and family members.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
