Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead day-to-day production operations at a chemical manufacturing facility in Nekoosa, Wisconsin . This role plays a key part in driving safe operations, optimizing production efficiency, managing costs, and developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Direct daily production activities to optimize plant operations, production planning, and efficiencies Support and make critical site-level decisions related to capital projects, maintenance planning, and budgeting Ensure compliance with process safety, employee safety, contractor safety, and environmental regulations Lead people initiatives including training, talent development, onboarding, and succession planning Collaborate with plant leadership and cross-functional teams Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, or Pulp & Paper preferred) 5–10+ years of plant operations experience with leadership responsibility Experience in chemical manufacturing or chlor-alkali operations preferred Strong knowledge of PSM, Responsible Care®, quality systems, and cost management Proven ability to recruit, develop, and lead teams Strong analytical and decision-making skills Occasional travel as required Compensation Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience .
