Business Development Representative

We are seeking driven Business Development Representatives who will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and setting up sales opportunities to drive new business. This is a high-activity role ideal for competitive, goal-oriented individuals looking to grow in SaaS sales. REWARDS $21/hour DOE + uncapped commission Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match and immediate vesting Career growth, sales incentives, and employee stock purchase options REQUIREMENTS 1-2 years of outbound sales experience (SaaS or fintech preferred) Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales platforms like Salesloft Strong communication and objection-handling skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn Ability to work hybrid from the Denver, CO office; Spanish fluency is a plus RESPONSIBILITIES Identify and research prospective clients within the target market Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and social platforms Qualify leads through strategic questioning and needs analysis Build relationships with decision-makers and schedule product demos Maintain accurate records in the CRM system to support a healthy sales pipeline Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals Stay informed on industry trends and product updates to enhance positioning Emerge is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
