Business Development Representative

Business Development Representative Position located in the Colfax region. You will report to the Director of Sales and be responsible for bringing in new business opportunities for the propane operations through email, cold calls, networking, and social selling. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails Present our company to potential clients Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction Build long‑term trusting relationships with clients Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and company executives Report to the Director of Sales on weekly/monthly/quarterly sales results Communicate and collaborate with Retail and Wholesale Division managers to stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Technical Knowledge Familiar with propane industry concepts, trends, practices, and procedures, including government regulations Thorough knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and best practices Job Requirements One year of propane industry experience Proven work experience in sales Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to deliver engaging presentations Benefits Medical, dental, vision, long‑term disability, life insurance, ESOP, 401(k) with matching, vacation, sick leave, and holidays.
