HIRING SCHEDULE

Wednesday : 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

RESPONSIBILITIES

Warmly greet and welcome patients with a high level of concierge care. Answer phones promptly and respond to messages. Maintain accuracy of information regarding patient health records, insurance details, and procedure coding. Regularly collaborate with Office Manager for smooth daily operations. Present financial breakdowns to patients in accordance with provider’s treatment plan. Provide insight into the practice and support through direct reports, as needed. Implement policy changes as provided and maintain compliance with mandated regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum one year’s experience with treatment planning in a dental setting Tech savvy – experienced with relevant practice management software. Proficient in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
