As the Billing Coordinator, you will be responsible for preparing and processing all invoices for assigned clients. The Billing Coordinator also processes credit memos and produces billing reports. Billing Coordinator Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparing and processing all invoices for assigned clients.
- Process credit memos.
- Produce billing reports out of ERP system.
- Confer with Senior Financial Analyst on monthly billing projection.
- Issue & monitor prepayment and progress invoices as directed.
- Develop strong working relationship with team members to ensure accurate and timely billing.
- Practice strong customer service, conflict/resolution & communication skills in day-to-day responsibilities.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Requirements
Billing Coordinator Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in accounting / billing functions required.
- Experience within Microsoft Excel required.
- Bachelors and/or Associate Degree within Business Administration preferred.
- Ability to stay highly organized, and handle multiple administrative tasks meeting tight deadlines.
