Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Product Marketing Manager to drive product strategy, market adoption, and commercial success for our timing solutions in high-growth markets. This role combines strategic product management with hands‑on marketing execution to accelerate customer engagement and revenue growth. You'll work at the intersection of cutting‑edge technology and real‑world customer applications, shaping how critical systems keep time in the most demanding environments. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position. Responsibilities Define product roadmaps aligned with market needs and company strategy for industrial, automotive, or defense segments Conduct voice‑of‑customer research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and gaps Collaborate with engineering teams to translate customer requirements into product specifications Drive product lifecycle management from concept through end‑of‑life Define pricing strategy and business models that maximize value capture Go‑to‑Market & Marketing Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target customers Create sales enablement tools including presentations, battle cards, application notes, and training materials Design and execute creative programs to engage field sales teams and channel partners Develop technical content including whitepapers, webinars, demos, and trade show presentations Lead product launches with cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies Engage directly with customers and prospects to understand application challenges and requirements Support key customer design‑ins through technical presentations and proof‑of‑concept activities Represent SiTime at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events Build relationships with industry analysts, standards bodies, and ecosystem partners Monitor market trends, emerging applications, and competitive dynamics Qualifications & Requirements Experience & Education 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry in product management, product marketing, or related roles Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical field (Master's degree or MBA preferred) Proven track record in industrial, automotive, or aerospace & defense markets Experience with timing, clocking, frequency control, or related analog/mixed‑signal products are a plus Must be able to work on U.S. government contracts Technical Skills Strong understanding of semiconductor product development and manufacturing Ability to read datasheets, understand technical specifications, and engage in technical discussions Familiarity with design‑in processes and customer qualification requirements Knowledge of relevant industry standards and compliance requirements Core Competencies Problem‑solving mindset: Natural ability to break down complex challenges, identify root causes, and develop practical solutions Communication excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messages for different audiences (executives, engineers, sales teams, customers) Results orientation: "Make it happen" attitude with strong bias for action and accountability for outcomes Creativity: Ability to develop innovative approaches to customer engagement, competitive positioning, and sales enablement Collaboration: Works effectively across functions including sales, engineering, operations, and executive leadership Business acumen: Understanding of P&L dynamics, market segmentation, and value‑based pricing Desired Characteristics & Attributes Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments Positive, can‑do attitude that inspires teams and drives momentum Intellectually curious with passion for technology and customer applications Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to navigate competing priorities Willing to travel (up to 25‑30%) to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and support field teams What We Offer Opportunity to shape the future of timing technology in mission‑critical applications Work with world‑class engineering teams on breakthrough MEMS technology Competitive compensation including base salary, bonus, and equity Collaborative culture that values innovation, initiative, and impact Career growth opportunities in a high‑growth market leader The annual base salary range for this role is $154,400.00 – $212,300.00. The final offer is determined by factors such as location, experience, education, and training. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly bonus tied to the achievement of innovation goals—reflecting our commitment to recognizing meaningful impact. We also offer equity grants, providing a meaningful opportunity to share in the company’s future growth and success.
