Social Media PR Specialist

Job Title: Social Media PR Specialist (FinTech & Financial Media) Reports To: Communications Director / Founders Location: Remote Position Summary We are seeking a high-energy, exceptionally organized Social Media PR Specialist who thrives on multitasking and fast-paced context-switching. In this dual-faceted role, you will simultaneously drive growth for two distinct business pillars: our direct-to-consumer (D2C) stock market newsletter and our business-to-business (B2B) white-label personal finance AI platform. This is not a slow-paced corporate job. You must be comfortable managing multiple content calendars, flipping between writing witty retail investor hooks and polished enterprise SaaS pitches. If you love variety, move fast, and pride yourself on keeping multiple plates spinning without dropping the ball, this role is built for you. Salary Range $45-60,000 per year depending on experience- significant success based bonus potential Key Responsibilities Dynamic Content Multitasking: Manage and execute distinct organic social strategies across two separate brands simultaneously (retail market newsletter and enterprise AI). Dual-Track Media Relations: Simultaneously run B2B PR outreach (pitching fintech trade publications on our white-label AI) and D2C growth campaigns (securing newsletter cross-promotions and influencer partnerships). Multi-Channel Community Building: Cultivate and engage distinct communities across various ecosystems, managing conversations on LinkedIn for B2B leads while driving discussions on X (Twitter), Reddit, and Discord for retail investors. Executive Ghostwriting: Seamlessly adopt different voices to ghostwrite articles, threads, and commentary for two distinct businesses. Campaign Tracking: Monitor metrics across both business arms, efficiently prioritizing daily tasks based on what drives subscriber growth and enterprise inbound leads. Required Skills & Qualifications The Multitasking Muscle: Proven track record of managing multiple brands, clients, or cross-functional projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality or missing deadlines. High Cognitive Agility: The ability to quickly shift focus between creative retail copywriting and authoritative, corporate enterprise messaging. Financial & Tech Literacy: Strong foundational knowledge of the stock market, retail investing, personal finance, and artificial intelligence trends. Rapid Execution: A fast-moving, proactive mindset—someone who ships relevant content in minutes rather than waiting days for bureaucratic approvals.
