As we continue to expand our brand presence, we're looking for a motivated Social Media Marketing Specialist to grow our social media platforms. Role Overview: We're seeking a creative, resourceful Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead our social media presence across all platforms. This role owns the day-to-day of social media, creating and editing content, coordinating influencer outreach, and spotting new opportunities to grow our audience, while working closely with our design team on visual content and our ecommerce team to align social strategy with sales goals. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves social media marketing, brings creative problem-solving to everything they do, and works well as part of a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities: Social Strategy & Execution: Plan and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. Content Creation & Editing: Create, edit, and prepare content (images, videos, captions) in partnership with the design team. Platform Management: Upload and schedule posts, maintain publishing calendars, and ensure consistent, on-brand posting across channels. Influencer Outreach: Research, contact, and manage relationships with influencers and creators to generate user-generated content and partnerships. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with the design team on visual assets and the ecommerce team to align social content with product launches, promotions, and sales goals. Trend Monitoring & Opportunity Spotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity, proactively identifying new opportunities to grow our presence. Creative Problem Solving: Troubleshoot content, campaign, and scheduling challenges independently, bringing fresh solutions to the table. What We're Looking For: Passion for Social Media Marketing: A genuine enthusiasm for social platforms, trends, and building brand presence. Creative Mindset: A keen eye for aesthetics, storytelling, and spotting new angles or opportunities others might miss. Problem Solver: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and figuring out solutions independently. Content Editing: Basic experience in content editing (Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro is a bonus). Strong Communication: Clear, professional communication for cross-team collaboration and influencer outreach. Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep content organized, and meet deadlines. Team Player: Thrives working across departments and enjoys collaborating with design and ecommerce counterparts.
