About the Role:
Nest Home Care LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Contract Reviewer and Manager to join our growing team in Owings Mills, MD. This is a critical role where you'll oversee the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with company goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a sharp eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal agreements
  • Manage contract lifecycle from initiation through execution, renewal, and termination
  • Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain an organized contract database and tracking system for deadlines and renewals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders including operations, finance, and leadership teams
  • Identify and flag contractual risks, discrepancies, and areas requiring legal review
  • Support vendor and partner relationship management through contract oversight
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in contract management, contract administration, or a related legal/compliance role
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, terms, and regulatory compliance
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or a related industry is a plus
