Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of couples and individual family members to identify their specific needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Providing therapeutic services in various modalities, including individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Facilitating family meetings and sessions to address multifaceted issues such as communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and adjustment issues related to separation or divorce.

• Addressing diverse challenges such as grief and loss, job stress, and the complexities arising from blended families.

• Documenting and maintaining accurate records of each client interaction and treatment plans in compliance with clinic protocols and state regulations.

• Actively engaging in continuous learning and professional development to enhance therapeutic skills and techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including couples undergoing stress or conflict, children facing behavioral challenges, and individuals coping with grief, abuse, or significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
