Senior Account Director

Seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Account Director, this full-time remote position will manage a portfolio of large enterprise customer accounts, focusing on revenue expansion, customer engagement, and account management while serving as a trusted advisor and leader in best practices. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify growth opportunities and engage key stakeholders Set standards for service excellence through scorecard management and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction Drive strategic pricing initiatives and lead RFP processes to secure long-term partnerships and expand customer relationships Required Qualifications 8+ years of B2B account management or enterprise sales experience, preferably in transportation or logistics Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite stakeholders Deep proficiency with CRM platforms and business intelligence tools Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced business education preferred
