Leasing Consultant

Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focusedLeasing Consultant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing apartment homes, providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, and supporting the overall operations of the community. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and tour prospective residents, showcasing apartment homes and community amenities Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries Follow up with prospects to convert leads into signed leases Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements Maintain accurate records in property management software Assist with marketing initiatives and outreach efforts Provide exceptional customer service to current residents Support resident events and retention programs Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction Qualifications 1+ year of leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong sales skills with the ability to close leases Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional demeanor and positive attitude Ability to work weekends as needed Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or other property management software is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay + commission opportunities Weekly pay through AtWork Opportunity for long-term placement and growth Access to benefits (medical, dental, vision, and more based on eligibility) If you are driven, personable, and ready to grow your career in property management, we encourage you to apply today!
