NorthStar Behavioral Health is hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, sustainability, and governance for a nonprofit behavioral health agency serving Hamilton County and the Greater Cincinnati area.

The CFO will oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, internal controls, and compliance, while guiding growth initiatives and managing grants and funding streams to support mission impact.
