Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct a variety of routine and specialized laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—while adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure the accuracy of findings, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibrations on laboratory equipment.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Keep meticulous documentation of procedures, train new staff or interns, and uphold the highest quality control standards in the lab.
• Promote a safe, clean work environment and comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or equivalent allied health degree, along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification for the duration of your employment.
