Lucky Llama Roofing is building a high-performance roofing sales team — and we’re hiring experienced in-home closers who know how to run appointments, build trust fast, and close high-ticket projects.

If you’ve closed solar, windows, HVAC, pest, alarms, or any in-home service, you already know the game. Roofing is the same skillset with bigger commissions and higher close rates.

What You’ll Earn

• $120,000–$300,000+ (performance-based)
• Uncapped commissions
• Paid twice monthly
• Higher pay on self-generated deals

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set roofing inspection appointments
• Perform or support basic roof inspections
• Present scope, materials, pricing, and timelines
• Build trust and guide homeowners through decisions
• Close deals and hand off cleanly to operations
• Follow up with urgency and discipline

Roofing experience is a plus, not required.

Requirements

• 18+

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to walk roofs (training provided)

• Strong communication and follow-up discipline

  Available evenings/weekends when homeowners are home

Independent Contractor Status

This is a 1099 independent contractor engagement, not W-2 employment. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, licensing where applicable, and business expenses. This role is not eligible for employee benefits including health insurance, PTO, overtime, or unemployment.
