This role will serve as a key resource for employees and leaders by supporting benefits administration, resolving questions, coordinating enrollments, and maintaining accurate benefits data. Responsibilities

This role will serve as a key resource for employees and leaders by supporting benefits administration, resolving questions, coordinating enrollments, and maintaining accurate benefits data. Responsibilities
- Act as a go-to resource for employee benefits questions and support
- Manage benefit enrollments, life event changes, and ongoing plan administration
- Coordinate with payroll to ensure deductions and contributions are processed accurately
- Maintain employee benefits records and prepare reports as needed
- Partner with insurance carriers and vendors to resolve issues and support plan administration
- Assist with onboarding activities and annual open enrollment
- Create employee communications and educational materials related to benefit offerings
- Help identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction
- 2 years of benefits administration, HR, or related experience
- Understanding of employee benefit programs and compliance requirements
- Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
