Physical Therapist - PT Outpatient

Schedule

Shift: 5x8 Days, 08:00 - 17:00

Assignment Details

Guaranteed Hours: 70 Hours per 2 weeks

Requirements

• 1 year of experience required
• BLS certification required
• Alaska License required
• Skills as per unit department

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient, acute care, and SNF coverage as needed
• Deliver physical therapy services to patients of all ages and diagnoses
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions and modalities
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
