Quality Services Moving is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing and support our employees and daily operations.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Payroll Processing

• Process accurate bi-weekly payroll for employees
• Review, verify, and audit employee time records
• Prepare payroll adjustments, corrections, and reports
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation
• Assist with payroll reconciliations and audits
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and applicable regulations
• Support payroll-related employee inquiries

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll, bookkeeping, accounting, or closely related administrative work
• Required: QuickBooks experience
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Payroll, Paycom, ADP, or similar payroll systems
• Working knowledge of payroll practices and wage-and-hour regulations
• Bilingual communication skills are a plus
