HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST

For the NH-03 Pay Band: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 Equivalent), in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing advisory services on human resources functions (e.g. Recruitment and Placement, Position Management and Classification, or Human Resources Development) for an organization to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations. For the NH-02 Pay Band: Your resume must also demonstrate at least three years of general experience that includes one year of experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-01 (GS-04 Equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing human resources functions (e.g. Recruitment and Placement, Position Management and Classification, or Human Resources Development) for an organization to ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations.
