This could be a great fit for a Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager or experienced AE who has been looking to take the next step into leadership. Open to relocating someone from out of the area to the Gulf Coast. You’ll be responsible for leading and developing a team of Account Managers, improving workflows, and helping solve day-to-day operational challenges. The agency is looking for someone with strong independent agency experience and some leadership experience...even if that experience has been training, mentoring, or supervising a small team.
