Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 pm to 7:30 am shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med-Surg nursing
• Preferred experience with inpatient hold units and able to care for Emergency Department (ED) patients

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, comprehensive care to patients in the inpatient hold unit
• Assess, plan, and implement nursing care alongside interdisciplinary teams
• Manage a variable patient load and respond efficiently to changing acuity levels
• Maintain detailed documentation and communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff
• Float as needed, with the ability to manage ED patients when required
