About this role :

The Regional Operation Director is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of our warehouse and distribution facilities. This role will provide strategic leadership to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, safety, and continuous improvement, aligning with YQN’s mission and growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage all operational activities, including warehouse operations, transportation, and overall supply chain functions.

- Develop and execute regional strategies to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and service quality.

- Oversee and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Build and mentor a high-performing regional operations team; promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.

- Collaborate closely with other regional teams and senior leadership to align operational goals and share best practices.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region to ensure high customer satisfaction.

- Manage regional budgets and ensure financial targets are met.

- Support new business development initiatives and expansion projects within the region.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-site operations.

- Strong knowledge of warehouse, distribution, and transportation processes and best practices.

- Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvement.

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Must be proficient in both English and Chinese

- Ability to travel regionally as required.

Compensation ： $200k + per year for total package with benefits
