AVP, Chief Life Underwriter - Strategic Leadership
Horace Mann
Horace Mann is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Chief Life Underwriter to lead the strategic direction of the Life underwriting function. You will be the highest underwriting authority for Life, guiding risk selection, mortality management, and innovative practices that protect the company’s financial strength.
The role partners with Product, New Business Operations, Distribution, Compliance, reinsurers, and vendor partners to develop underwriting strategies that support profitable growth
