Senior Policy Analyst

Hybrid - SF Bay Area, CA - Austin, TX - Miami, FL Offices AnChain.AI is seeking an experienced Senior Policy Analyst to join our mission-driven team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial regulation, global policy, and regulatory enforcement/compliance. Familiarity with cryptocurrency regulations and ecosystems will be considered a strong plus. As a Senior Policy Analyst, you will play a crucial role in shaping the regulatory framework that guides our innovative cybersecurity, compliance, and investigative solutions. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret global regulatory trends and policies affecting cybersecurity and cryptocurrency. Develop policy recommendations to ensure compliance with international financial regulations. Engage with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to advocate for favorable policies. Prepare reports and policy briefs on regulatory changes that impact the digital and financial landscape. Collaborate with internal teams to align our business practices with regulatory requirements. Lead discussions and workshops on regulatory strategy and compliance issues. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in policy analysis, with a focus on financial regulation and compliance. Strong understanding of global financial policies and regulatory environments. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to synthesize complex information and provide clear, impactful insights. Master’s degree in Public Policy, Law, Economics, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in cryptocurrency or digital asset regulation. Familiarity with international compliance standards. Proven track record of influencing policy changes.
