Chief Operating Officer

We’re looking for a COO. Not a caretaker – a builder. Someone who can take a clear vision and turn it into a running operation without being told how. We’d like to run EOS. I’m a Visionary – I set direction, open doors, and close. We need an Integrator – you own execution, run the operating cadence, and keep the team moving without me in every conversation. I’m the founder of two growing legal businesses headquartered in Texas – LexBridge Staffing (virtual legal staff from Latin America to U.S. law firms) and Narinyan Search Group (attorney recruiting). Both businesses are generating real revenue with an existing team across sales, recruiting, and operations. What’s missing is the operational leadership layer – someone who can build structure, drive execution, and keep the business moving forward so I can stay focused on growth, relationships, and strategy. What you’ll own: Run the EOS system – L10s, scorecards, rocks – and keep the team aligned and executing against it. Coach and manage the sales and recruiting team across outbound strategy, ICP alignment, pipeline management, and execution. Evaluate and decide on tools, vendors, and operational systems end to end. Build internal AI-assisted workflows that help the team operate independently. Help recruit and onboard our next key hire – a US-based legal recruiter for Narinyan Search. What I’m looking for: You’ve been an operator or COO at a growing company – ideally in the 10-50 person range – in legal, staffing, or professional services. You’ve run EOS or a similar operating system and understand the Integrator function from the inside. You’re comfortable with confrontation – you don’t avoid hard conversations, you have them. You’re AI-savvy enough to build internal workflows without needing a developer. You can take high‑level direction and turn it into execution without constant oversight. Location: DFW-based strongly preferred. Remote Texas considered. Comp: $100,000-$110,000 base plus 15-20% performance bonus tied to measurable team and revenue outcomes. This is an early‑stage COO role…fast‑moving and highly autonomous with real upside and a meaningful seat at the table as both businesses scale.
