What You'll Do: As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and team performance across the Seattle territory. You'll develop and execute strategic sales initiatives while coaching and developing a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed business objectives. Key responsibilities include: Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Representatives. Create and execute territory sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share. Establish clear performance expectations, goals, and accountability measures. Partner with marketing and business leaders to increase brand awareness and business development opportunities. Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary. Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent. Strong business acumen and the ability to influence at multiple levels of an organization. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. A customer-first mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships. Experience managing performance, driving accountability, and developing winning sales cultures. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of successful sales leadership experience. 3+ years of direct people management experience. Demonstrated success developing and executing sales strategies that drive measurable results. Experience building partnerships and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions. This position is eligible for bonus pay and/or incentives for production or other goals. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
