Production Lead

Position Title: Bilingual Production Lead Wage: $22.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 3:00pm Our client in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a motivated and dependable Lead Production Associate to support daily production operations while providing leadership and guidance to production employees. This position serves as the primary point of contact on the production floor, ensuring employees are following company policies, safety procedures, and production standards while maintaining quality and efficiency. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong communication skills who is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing them to effectively communicate with all team members. Bilingual Production Lead Responsibilities Lead and support production employees throughout the shift Assist with assigning employees to production lines and workstations Train new employees on job duties, safety procedures, and company expectations Ensure production goals and daily schedules are met Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and productivity Perform employee check‑ins at the beginning of each shift Communicate staffing needs, attendance concerns, and production updates to supervisors Ensure employees are following all safety regulations and company policies Monitor product quality and report defects or production concerns immediately Assist in resolving minor production issues and elevate larger concerns to management Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Complete required production reports and documentation accurately Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote teamwork throughout the facility Requirements for Bilingual Production Lead Bilingual in English and Spanish High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or production experience Previous leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
