Sourcing Recruiter (Contract)

Location: Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC

Schedule: Hybrid | Onsite 3 Days per Week (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Duration: 3-Month Contract

Pay: $35-$40/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sourcing Recruiter for a 3-month contract opportunity in RTP with a Bio/Pharma company. This role will support recruiting operations, sourcing initiatives, and Workday recruiting functions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on recruiting experience, strong Workday knowledge, and enjoy both candidate-facing recruiting activities and the operational/administrative side of talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Recruiting Support

• Tag candidates and create candidate talent pools within Workday
• Disposition candidates and maintain accurate candidate records
• Prepare and post job requisitions
• Draft supplemental screening questions for open positions
• Audit candidate screening notes for quality and compliance
• Review and correct job posting formatting on the company careers site
• Support recruitment process documentation, SOP updates, and user guides

Recruiting & Sourcing

• Independently manage temporary staffing requisitions
• Independently manage Co-Op and Internship requisitions
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
• Build and manage LinkedIn projects and talent pipelines
• Conduct targeted candidate outreach and engagement campaigns
• Assist with recruitment-related projects and process improvements
• Provide PTO coverage and recruiting support for Talent Acquisition Partners
• Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
  • Opening requisitions
  • Candidate sourcing and screening
  • Interview scheduling and coordination
  • Candidate preparation and interview debriefs
  • Recruitment operations and administrative activities

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience required
• Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting required
• Experience managing requisitions independently
• Bio/Pharma experience preferred but not required

• Experience creating recruiting guides, SOPs, and process documentation

• Strong LinkedIn sourcing and talent mapping experience
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Experience supporting recruiting operations, documentation, and process improvement initiatives preferred

Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
