Recruiting Coordinator

Recruiting Coordinator Investors Title Insurance Company Chapel Hill, NC (hybrid) We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, providing a great candidate experience, and supporting a fast-paced recruiting function. You'll play an important part in helping us attract top talent by coordinating the recruiting process from job posting through onboarding while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. Why You'll Love This Role: Be a key member of the recruiting team and help create a positive candidate experience Support a variety of recruiting activities Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and internal departments Enjoy a role with a mix of coordination, communication, and administrative responsibilities Contribute to special projects and other Human Resources initiatives What You'll Do: Create and post engaging job postings to attract qualified candidates Coordinate with the recruiting team on job advertising Source and screen resumes to identify qualified applicants Coordinate interview calendars and logistics throughout the hiring process Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, travel details, and recruiting updates Send pre-employment assessments, personality assessments, and background checks Track and maintain assessments, applications, and other recruiting records in ATS and candidate files Conduct employment reference checks and maintain documentation Track and submit monthly recruiting expense reporting Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and other travel needs Provide other administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed What We're Looking For: Four-year college degree or equivalent experience One to two years of administrative experience Previous recruiting coordination or Human Resources support experience a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Recognized as an industry leader, Investors Title Insurance Company provides residential and commercial title insurance and innovative business solutions for our partners.
