Senior Financial Planning Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a global organization seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to strengthen enterprise financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and executive reporting. This is a highly visible individual contributor role for an experienced finance professional who enjoys building financial models, improving processes, partnering across functions, and translating complex financial data into actionable business recommendations. What You’ll Do Lead monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range strategic planning processes Consolidate financial results across multiple business units and international entities Analyze actual performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities Develop financial models and executive-level reporting for senior leadership Support strategic initiatives, business opportunities, and confidential ad hoc projects Partner with accounting, operations, commercial finance, treasury, tax, IT, and business unit leaders Establish consistent reporting metrics and improve forecasting and consolidation processes Monitor operational and financial KPIs to identify cost-reduction and performance-improvement opportunities Coordinate planning deliverables across a global, multi-currency environment What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 10+ years of progressive FP&A or managerial accounting experience Strong experience with financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, and monthly close cycles Advanced financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP; exposure to IFRS or other international accounting standards is preferred Experience supporting global or multi-currency operations Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle FCCS is strongly preferred Strong executive communication and cross-functional partnership skills Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment with significant ad hoc analysis English fluency required; professional Japanese-language proficiency is highly preferred Openness to occasional international travel Why Consider This Opportunity?
