Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
