Bilingual Customer Support Representative

To support a growing merchant network, the remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, assist with lease or loan application processing, and foster relationships with retail partners while ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities: Handle inbound phone calls, chats, and emails to assist retailers with lease or loan applications Provide operational knowledge to answer merchant inquiries and manage back-office processes Conduct proactive outreach to merchants to maintain and enhance relationships Required qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a remote customer service role Strong Spanish language skills, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities Available to work nights and weekends
