Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to discuss their progress, stability, and address any concerns regarding their care.

• Develop, implement, and monitor customized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information for effective treatment.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback on client care.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic care to clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will serve a varied patient population, including individuals facing a range of mental health issues across age groups—children, adolescents, and adults. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.

• A minimum of three years of experience in a clinical outpatient setting is preferred, with at least one year of post-graduate experience providing direct psychotherapy services.

• Proficiency in using technological tools, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and scheduling purposes.

• Comfortable conducting intake assessments and managing client records electronically.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working in a fast-paced outpatient environment, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele, is highly desirable. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and therapeutic techniques will enhance service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, reflecting your experience and skills. We provide a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates, ensuring timely payment ahead of collections.
