Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a personal caseload of clients and establish positive relationships through empathy, respect, and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, assess their stability, and discuss future appointments or discharge planning as appropriate.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for each client, including progress notes and treatment updates, ensuring compliance with telehealth regulations.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather pertinent information for treatment planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on an outpatient population, including adults, children, and families who seek mental health support. Our clients present a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and adjustment issues. The role emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive environment where clients feel safe to express their feelings and work through their challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using computers and familiar with software applications including Excel, various RMS systems, Outlook, and possibly PIMSY.

Compensation and Benefits\n
