Description *On-site* APPLY TODAY!! Full-Time Collection Specialist We are currently seeking Full-Time Collection Specialists with a base pay of $15 per hour. Our Company: Revco Solutions Inc. is an Accounts Receivable Management Corporation with a dynamic team environment in which you will enjoy comprehensive benefits and competitive pay. This position is responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls with consumers regarding their balance and working with them toward payment or resolution. Responsibilities Handle customer calls and other customer service issues. Collect past due accounts. Retrieve records and information. Research, check, and verify information. Communicate with other businesses, process payments, send paperwork and keep records. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Schedule: Varies Monday-Friday between 8am-7pm Proficient in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly Ability to actively listen and speak clearly Preferred 1 year of Customer Service and/or Call Center experience Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Negotiating skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
